Ingredients:

• 2 cups Cap Roda Super AA Fragrant Rice
• Plenty of water
• Chicken seasoning (powder type, not cube)

Accompaniments:

• 1 century egg (cut into 4)
• 1 can salted fish with black bean (chopped)
• 1 can sour pickle
• 2 dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked, then sliced)
• Spring onion (chopped)
• Light soy sauce
• Sliced chilies with soy sauce

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice in a deep pot with plenty of water.Keep adding water until
   the rice becomes soft.
2. Add chicken seasoning and stir evenly.
3. Serve the porridge with all accompaniments.
