Nasi Laru / Tapai Manis

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of Sazarice White Rice (traditional volume measure)
  2. 10 pieces of sweet yeast (ragi manis)
  3. Kembung / kalas / Lirik leaves
  4. Sufficient water

Method:

  1. Cook the rice, then allow it to cool.
  2. Pound the yeast and mix it with the rice until well combined.
  3. Leave it overnight.
  4. Serve.
