Ingredients:

• Sazarice White Rice
• 1 whole chicken (cleaned)
• Salt, to taste
• Simpur/tarap leaves

Method:

1. Cook the whole chicken together with the rice and salt.
2. Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred the meat to use as filling.
3. Wrap the partially softened rice together with the shredded chicken filling using simpur/tarap leaves.
4. Serve.
