Hinompuka

Ingredients:

    • Glutinous Rice flour and black rice flour
    • Sugar and palm sugar (gula Melaka
    • Lirik leaves (cut into 8-inch lengths)

Method:

  1. Mix the glutinous rice flour, palm sugar, and water until well combined
    (not too runny).
  2. Prepare clean irik leaves, then wrap the mixture with the leaves.
  3. Steam the wrapped mixture in a wok for 30–40 minutes.
  4. Serve (either hot or cold).
